 Review of Space Mountain @ Magic Kingdom

There was no thrill involved except an unexpected drop in the dark. I gave this a high mark because my home park is CP and they have a lame indoor ride, while Space Mountain is nicely themed and delivers on expectations. I also liked the express pass that helped as there were fairly long lines when I was there.

i think youre lookin at all rides as though they should all be thrills. SM is a family ride as is most disney rides. there should be some thrill but not on a MF scale. I think you need to rethink how u rate rides.

I was using Disaster Transport at CP as an example of a bad indoor ride. I know most Disney rides arent exactly thrill rides. I believe that theming cant carry a ride all the way to a ten by itself, but an intense ride with little theme can have a ten. I was probably partly influenced that my girlfriend had told how exciting the ride was before we got on. It probably didnt help that the last time she had rode it was ten years earlier. Thanks for the advice though.
