One of the best water flume rides ever. It has that special Disney type of themeing to it that makes it even better. The dark drops in the middle are good and the last drop is the highlight of the ride.

this ride sucks. it actually manages to keep you completely dry the whole way through. I think it may aim the water jets so they specifically DONT get you wet. is lame, and is no where near the best water flumes EVER. im guessing youve never been on any other rides outside of disneys wonderful world of kiddie rides

Whell I have and wile I personaly wouldnt call it the best flum. it is the best themed flum and the ride is alot of fun, and the jest are to hide the fact the drop keeps going. and if you want to get more then misted just stand on the walk way in fron of the ride. you can get wet their.

Wait I thought somewhere else you said that its not really supposed to get you wet because its a story. Made up your mind dude.

Think of the front "front" of the ride. the wolk way not the front seat. they built the path so that you could stans in th eway of the water jets. that is what I was talking about.

I was also mention ing the fact that alot of waer rides dont get you wet.

DemonRules, you should think before you speak. I looked at you top 10 list and SURPRISE, you and I have some of the same rides in that list (Hulk, Rock and Roll). So yes I like Disney, but no I have been to a lot of other parks, probably more then you think. May I ask you besides Dudley at IOA, what other flume rides do you consider good? One that goes up a hill and back down in all but 1 minute. OHHHHH. Splash Mountain has one of the best themes in the world.

Verry true you really nned to look at someones tracker to see what eperiance they have for parks and attractions. pit77 has 18 parks to his tracker. I have 19 and thats itsnt including the parks I have visited that are now closed. you have been to a quite insugnificant 6 parks acording to your tracker. you havnt had enuf experiance to honistly make the acusations you are making.

Are you saying we should be emotionless and senseless when we ride a roller coaster for the first time because we have nothing to compare it to? You dont need to point it out I know my spellings bad. I try to watch it. and most teachers would point it out if, thats if, it seamed to be a problem.

okay, back to the subject. pitt77 wrote a great discriptive review. DemonRules is upset just because you dont get wet, which by the way discribes alot of water rides. he also comments that Disney is full of kidie ride. which is not corect. their is a large deforence bettwen a kidie ride and a family ride.

I could make out what mrceagle says all the time. There are some typos, but if you take a minute you can figure it out. I look for the positives, not the negatives. Another aspect of teaching young children. I teach elementary physical education and am also an assistant football coach. Keep up the good reviews mrceagle.

all right, all right, you have gone on long enough without letting me tell my side of the story. I am very new to the website, and therefore have not included every park ive been to yet. Secondly, yes, i do have a disney ride in my top ten, but its a coaster. I may have gone too far by saying that all disney has is kiddie rides, but seeing brear bear getting his head stuck in a honey pot just isnt amusing to me. Disney can deliver with some great ridees, i simply do not beieve that this is one of them

I think the best question is. as a mine train what makes this bad in your mine. what made is feal slow. or what could make it better. excluding removing it.

hey, this review is for splash mtn. but i can see how you may have gotten a little confused, we kind of babble alot. you know your last idea aint bad.....but ok, just make the drops steeper, make the overall ride faster, have it go through caves and mines, and do helixes, just update it from a ride that was really cool 10 years ago to a ride that is behind the new wave.

okay then, the same thing for Splash Moountain, and it is his nose in a bee hive

i think to make it better, why not get rid of the animatronics idea? they just look wierd in an age of amazing technology, and then you have these things that just go back and forth. why not make it a screen with the cartoon being displayed on it, or some sort of 3D affair. and even if you keep the animatronics, they certainly can be updated

The 3D idea is very fare fetched. they once had a sean where brear rabit jumped away but that changed when they had to extend the ride. it know cose through the sean in th oposit direction. they could add that back in. and holagrams dont work past ghosts. I guess they couldchange some os the more importsnt ones to have beter movement. but the flum part is fine.

yeah, the flume idea for that ride is good, but you need to follow through with better theming(if youre going to include it) i dont mind the ride as a ride, i mind it as a useless story

Do you know anything about the story? what it is from? I admis a few animatronics culd be better. but I agre The story might me pointless to most. do to the fact alot of people have never herd of it.

yeah, but the fact of the matter is, if you include the story, its part of the ride. and for disney to incorprate a story few people care about is just plain stupid. kids might enjoy it, but even as kids, you wont be very amused by the story

The reason why the story isnt well knows ifs do to a law suite filled in the early 90s. The character in a story was being narrated by black man that was living in the south. The movie was the first feature length movie to incorporate live action with the cartoon. ultimately the black community felt the man in the movie Uncle Remas was a insulting depiction of Uncle Tom from Uncle Toms Cabin. Disney pulled the movie before the problem could get to fare. But the ride was already under construction and to stop at that point was uneconomical.

nice job disney, incorporate a theme to a major ride that no one knows about. got any other good ideas?
