Easy to rate a 10 because it is the best in its category and a historically significant ride that was beautifully restored. The-side-to side bouncing gives it a distinct ride and the little wooshy dips do provide surprising air, proving its not speed and length that give air but rather track design. The Coaster has its own gift shop as well as three picture options-color, black and white or sepia. Best of all, you can ride it all day for $2.50, as its fare is charged seperate from the rest of the park admission. Another hint about Lakemont Park--they had a Community Picnic on Labor Day. All you can ride and eat for $5. Theyve also done this on Memorial Day. Make a note to see if they do this event in 2003! Add $5 to the $2.50 all day Dips pass and you can ride and eat all day for $7.50.
