A good ride, I can see why this prompted other parks to invest in the floorless models! I like the colors of the ride- but for the love of anything I do not understand the themeing! Can someone explain to be the connection between Medusa and the West? I think a mythology inspired theme would have fit better- and could have earned this ride a higher rank.

someone said on some post like this (i forgot which) that the themeing goes along with western settlers who thought they saw medusa in mineshafts and stuff.

Their is no theming to this ride. the area around it is themed to the western area but if medusa was to be seen in a mine shaft. were is the mine? they should have built it lower to the ground and put in some mine tunnals at least then their would be a conaction. perhaps build the interlocking Corkscrews into a mountain. that way you twisting together like the snakes in medusas hair.
