They are the best bumper cars ever made. They are also the only ones left where you can spin people around and steer them wherever you want. To me its more fun then hitting someone hard. Its fun to see the look on someones face when they are about to clobber someone and the next thing they know theyre facing the wrong way because you spun them.

Oh, you are so right. I did it to this dude in a cowboy hat today. The look on his face was priceless, he had no idea what happened. All youve got to do is get them at the tail end and push into them a little, and boom, they find themselve facing the other way just like that.

Ther arent too many bumper cars left that let you do this. The last time I rode these at Knoebels they had some cars parked facing the wall and pulled one out of the middle for someone to drive. I was able to "steer" some poor driver into the open parking space and they spent half the ride trying to get out. Its a lot more fun than slamming someone.

The Skooters at Knoebels are not just any bumper car ride, it is the quinticentual bumper car ride, the bumper car ride that all others are compaired to. You really have to ride them to believe that this is not just the worlds best bumper car rides, but quite possibly one of the best rides of any type anywhere. Reading the reviews you can see what I mean, this is like none other anywhere. Not only is it fast and fun, it is an interactive ride, one that you can bash your friends on, and that is the true fun of it. Many people think that the coaster is the best ride at a park, and often it is, but sometimes, for reasons of pure fun and joy, a ride like this stands out.

When it is the best, dont you think it deserves a 10? Everyone rates rides differently. Personally, I rate like rides to like rides, so bumpercars get rated against other bumpercars, coasters against coasters, carousels against carousels, and so on. I dont think it is fair to try to lump all rides together since they are inherantly different. Others do, that is up to them, it is a matter of personal choice. Since this is the best bumper cars I have been on, and really, the only one that came close were the old bumper cars at Dorney, but they are long gone, this gets a 10 in my book.

They absolutely, ABSOLUTELY, deserve the 10 rating. Knoebels coasters are of prime quality, but the sheer rarity, thrill, fun and hilarity of these Lusse cars is a delight to behold, not to mention the ride itself - manna from Heaven. You have to ride them - from there, its all up to you - either you get it, or you dont.
