I believe this is easily the best rapids ride in the world, I have ridden 5 rapid rides total including Popeyes Bilges and this one easily overshadows all of them. This rapid ride is themed to a rafting expedition on the Grizzly River Rapid course. The wonderfully themed line wraps back and forth through beautiful scenery and interesting props. Once aboard the ride the raft takes a turn and goes up a 40 foot lift hill. Along the way up little sprinklers douse you with water. After the lift the ride goes down a dip and encounters some rapids then it heads into a cave directly under the landmark Grizzly Mountain. Inside the cave you hear the growl of a Grizzlyand this is when this ride takes off. Exiting the cave you head through some wicked rapids and turn around and go down a 22 foot drop and get completly soaked if you are going down the drop backwards. After the drop you head through a mine shaft and through some more intense rapids. Perceding a turnaround the raft goes down the las drop which is a spinning 18 foot drop. The end of the ride goes through a geyser laden area and then back to the loading station. This ride is absolutely amazing! It features great theming, very fun drops, and it is fun for everyone. This is a very re-rideable ride since it is quick and action packed. The great Disney staff makes this line very short since the loading is quick and efficent. This ride is a perfect 10 and shows off Disneys skill to intergrate theming and a great ride together to make a great riding experience.
NOTE:If you do not want to get soaked do not sit my the seats next to the exits stick to the 4 inner seats.
