I try to tell everyone this: IT IS NOT PAINFUL IF YOU HOLD YOUR HEAD BACK! It is actually a fun ride, just hold your head back with a reasonanle amount of force.

i tried that. it is so powerful it just pulls your head forward. plus, you can really screw ur neck up trying to hold back.

Hmm. Are you taller or shorter? Im a bit taller and I have no problem, but my dad is shorter and has similar complaints as yours. They may have something to do with it.
