The investigation report of the details surrounding the accident at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom have been released. The Kentucky Department of Agriculture placed the blame for the accident that severed the feet of a teenager on Superman Tower of Power on a faulty cable and slow response by the ride operator.
The report states that if the ride operator had pressed the emergency stop button, when the passengers were yelling to do so, the girl would have probably sustained only minor cuts and scrapes.

Five people were arrested Sunday at Disney Worlds Magic Kingdom with felony charges of assaulting a sheriffs deputy and resisting arrest.
The incident started after the five, four teenagers and one woman, started spitting and cursing at park guests.
The five fought against security officers eventually leading to one of the teens being stunned with a taser. All five were eventually subdued, and the police do report that all of the suspects appeared to have been drunk at the time of the incident.
More charges are expected to be filed since all of the suspects were under the legal drinking age.

Man sueing Kings Island for $10 million

A $10 million lawsuit has been filed in federal court by a man who said he was falsely arrested on sexual-imposition charges at Paramounts Kings Island amusement park last May.
Keith Bays, 44, has sued the park and several of its police officers. He contends that he was wrongfully arrested and "manhandled" by park police after two women complained about his behavior toward them.
The lawsuit said the charges were later dismissed.
Park officials did not return a call Wednesday morning seeking comment on the lawsuit.
