What park doent have a Boomerang? I have ridden it several times and it seems that over the years it has gotten smoother. O.K. ride
Ive rode many Boomerangs, I must say, many of them are smooth, but Flashback is terrible. It should be easy to see that its going to be a hunk of junk when standing in line and the train goes by and breaks the sound barrier. Unbelieveably loud and high-pitched. But, as you go through the corkscrew backwards, you will bang your head on the supports. Its painful. The ride is cool when going up the hill backwards, especially in the back. Thats it.
Pretty fun ride, just make sure you dont have any back or neck problems before you ride it.
Yawn! Been there, done that. Seriously these boomerangs are a little annoying. Granted, they are cheap and save space so they make a good time spender, but holy crap! The Giant Inverted Boomerangs( aka Deja Vu) strike a pretty pose, but these regular ones are ugly. Just a hunk of twisted metal. To top it off, it isnt comfortable. Pretty much, the same story everywhere else.
I give it a 7. Not because its worth a 7, but because it could be. It is only rough due to the over-the-shoulder restraints. All rides with these restraints are rough. The ride would be great with lap-bars.
Flashback is a flashback to the days when Boomerangs were the thing but now this coaster needs to go. I have only riden this ride a couple time but thats all I will ever ride it. The ride bangs you around and isnt very thrilling. I almost lost my glasses on it and had neck problems for 3 days after that. Flashback has a great queue building though.
I will only ride Flashback if it has a short line. The headbanging on this coaster gave me a headache.
The only way I ride this one is if the line is short, otherwise it is not worth it. It is nothing special and fair at best.
Boomerangs are neat and actually a lot of fun. This one used to be rougher but seems to have be getting a little smoother.
YAWN!! Yet another boomerang.
