a great swing ride, but siece its over the water you might not want to wear your shoes

This is a ride that probably most everyone has experienced many times. However Indiana Beach has a unique version in that it is built over the water. Being over the water makes for a better experience in my opinion and this is a theme that is common in many rides at Indiana Beach. The ride duration was good and I was fortunate in that the wind picked up when I was on it causing some wicked motion of my swing.

One of the best swing sets I have experienced. Great location, and the speed has the effect of tilting the seats backward and forward, making it seem like you are going to fall out the back when the former occurs, and crash into the person in front of you for the former. About the only thing missing is some tilting of the structure itself, which might not work because of its proximity to the fence that runs around the perimeter of the platform. Another great flat at IB.

Great swing ride. Indiana Beach placed this Chance swing on a dock and therefore the swings swung out and over the water. The tilt on this one was minimal and it traveled fairly quickly. Also, it had a long duration.

What makes these swings better then the rest is that they built them right over the water. Decent flat ride.

I usually dont like swing ride but this one a great. I prefer swing rides with a single row of riders. The water off the lake can play havoc with your ride. Also this swing moves in an elliptical fashion so as you rise your seat leans backwars and it feels like you can fall out the back.

The location alone gives this a ten. It feels like you are just flying over the water.

I give this ride an 8 because it goes over the water and has a good view. Besides that its not that high or fast for swings.

The best swing ride ever made. Probably because its surrounded by water. And if you ride it during the ski show, its right under youre feet!
