Riverview Carousel is a carousel. It is average speed, it is fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration. It is nicely decorated also.
This is a very nice carosuel. Ive rode it three times. I got kinda uncomftterble wearing those seatbelts.
The Riverview Carousel is a fancy name for a Marry-Go-Round. Its for the kids, I guess Six Flags just had to put it there.
A beutiful Carousel and prominatly place. though its also on of its only problems its a pain to get to. worth a ride if you willing to hike up to it.
This carousel offers a nice view of the surrounding scenery and it has some history to it, but I have two gripes about it every time I ride it. First, there is only one foot pedal, so there is no place to rest your left foot. Second, it is the first (and only) carousel with seat belts that I have ever seen. I find them to be a hassle, and the ride operators get nasty if they notice youre not using them.
This was an adorible Carousel. it was a classic, in a great location, and is in great shape.
This is one of the (if not THE) best carousel out there. Though you cant see the river (who wants to look at the hooch anyway?), it is set beutifully on top of a hill with dense foliage. However, you can still see the lake that Ninja sits on, and the madness of Splashwater Falls. Also, the crafting of the horses is truly delicate, with the detailed attention that is better than most carousels. It is not quite as cool as Caro-seuss-el, but it is notable for being a national landmark.
This is a solid carousel with a flair of history to it. If you are a fan of classic carousels, you may want to go out of your way in the park to find this little gem.
