Contrary to what its name suggests, Thunder Rapids is not a river rapids ride, its actually a log flume....and a good one at that! The crew works well on this one, and waits are usually fairly minimal. A good portion of the ride is spent traveling close to the ground, with minimal scenery. However, theres a great tunnel, which I thought was a nice touch. This flume boasts two drops, and both are good, with my favorite of course being the bigger one at the end of the ride. You dont get too wet, but thats okay with me on flume rides. Overall, Thunder Rapids is a good log flume that delivers a very fun ride that all can enjoy.
This was a fun log flume, but there are better ones. This one was really short and had two decent drops, but nothing outstanding and I came off basically dry. Also, this one traveled low to the ground, but there was no scenery and there was a great tunnel during the ride.
Appearence well maintained. Fun. Rerideable. Small capacity. Short duration. Tunnel in ride and 2 great drops add to number. You dont really get wet however.
The previous reviews for this ride have summed it up pretty well. Its not terribly long and you dont get too wet. Theres not much to the setting, as you travel at ground level for most of the time. But, there is a neat tunnel, and the two drops are certainly no less than I would expect from this standard type of log flume, so I really cant fault the ride too much.
Not too bad for a log flume. The two drops are fun, and although its short, the tunnel is pretty cool. The problem here is that you dont get wet at all!
You dont really get soaked, which can be both good and bad, but the hills are fun and the lines arent too long.
This ride is rather dull. This ride has two great drops and a tunnel. But it is really lacking in scenery. Sitting out in an open field this ride does not even get you wet!
A good log flume with a very nice tunnel and two great drops.
