The best attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios, hands down.
Ever-changing que surroundings keep things interesting through the line, although I myself have never had to wait more than 25-30 minutes due to the intelligent pre-ride and loading setup.
Excellent architectural choices and building design compliment the ride's incredibly atmospheric and beautiful queing area very nicely. The cast members seem to have plenty of fun doing their jobs and fit in perfectly with the Twilight Zone-creepy-but-still-Disney theming keeping it family-friendly.
For those seeking thrill, you're in luck. Although DHS's Rock N' Roller coaster is FAST, I believe Tower of Terror delivers more butterflies to those with an iron stomach. The ride delivers with huge drops and zippy climbs through the Hollywood Tower Hotel (which are randomized in number and intensity, adding re-ride value to repeat riders).
Even though the pseudo-horror theme of the ride and peircing screams of its fans may deter some younger/cowardly riders, anyone who meets the height requirement needs to be convinced that they're missing out, because they are!
