This was a good ride. When I went on it I had to wait for it to be fixed and never actually found out what happened to it. Anyway, was on the train pretty quickly. The lift is the classic clickity. I liked that a lot. The ride was not too rough for its aged and I enjoyed this one more than I did Alpengeist. The interlocking loops were cool but my favorite part was the in the cave helix. Overall a good ride.

My favorite part was the first two drops. Anyway, Loch Ness Monster broke down for me also a few times last year. Once was the lift hill wasnt working and the second was that someone dropped a flip flop in the brakes in the station.

It should be a law: flip flops can only be worn in public at the pool or the beach.

People and their shoes at parks are becoming my new pet peeve. Freaking idiots.

Just once Id like to extend my arm out and "clothesline" one of those idiot kids that comes racing at you on the midway with their heelies. That ranks right up there with the people who incessantly bounce basketballs in queue.

BTW- this is a very cool ride. Even though I only rode it once in the pouring rain, it was a very unique coaster experience.

Regarding the heelies at amusement parks, yesterday when I was coming off Boulder Dash some little boy had heelies on and was going down the exit ramp. Too bad for him he didnt know that the exit ramp was on an incline and he crashed into one of the sides of the exit ramp fairly hard and he threw a small stuffed animal he won at one of the games over the edge. That hopefully taught him a lesson.

Man, that sounds like a YouTube classic if there ever was one. Too bad you didnt get it on video.

I never bring cameras or camcorders on rides so I wouldnt have had the chance. I agree it would be a YouTube classic.
