Review of Deja Vu @ Six Flags Magic Mountain

These are really cool but the fun wears off quick. It seems like every Six Flags has one. It just isnt unique enough any more. It is a good ride, not a great ride.

Are you sure every Six Flags has one?

He said "it seems". Three Six Flags have one at a park with the same parent company (I think Movie World is in the same boat)

It seems that way to me because 2 of the four SF parks I have been to have it. I acxtually liked it also and I have a huge distatse for boomerangs.

Yeah, they are at three: Magic Mountain, Georgia, & Great America. Plus there are tons of variations on the "boomerang" type rides that are all over the place, it is all kind of old now.

I hate boomerangs but I love Deja Vu (when it is running)

I LOVE vekoma inverted boomerangs and honestly i think that these are about the only decent coasters they make since their SLC are such mean *hang and bangers* i also love the invertigos its so much fun to watch your friends or even complete stangers scream and pull the stupidest faces. well thats just my opinion. take care.

I do agree with bunkleg. This thing has only been open to ride 2 of the last 6 times I went to SFGAM and was closed the day I went to SFOG.

Ive seen it open once, and rode it once, and I waited in line for 2.5 hours because of its usual technical difficulties.

I guess Vekoma should go back to the drawing board and find better ways of getting this coaster to be a reliable ride or at least be operational more than 2Xs a year.

this boomerang is more unique than others thoue, it higher, faster, ad its a staight down drop.

For coaster05 about SFGAm, Ive been to the park alot last year (15-20) times, and it was probably closed about 4 times. Fright Fest was the only time that it was permamently down, and I believe that was because of the windy, and cold temperatures. I wasnt actually broke at that time!!
