I stayed in Califronia for a few days and I rode this.... its a really good fast high paced ride...but it lost 4 points because of the name....really creative

who cares bout the name! if the ide is great it gets a 10!

I think they could have come up with an original name. The whole X thing has been used to much. GenX, X-Games blah, blah, blah

Ya, but I think X alone is good. If it was like Xcelerator at Knotts, I wouldnt have liked it...

This is a truly pathetic review. If you dont like the ride...fine. But a six cuz of the name? I dont think so...

A name is very important. If the person feels that strongly about it. Its not a bogus rev. Let him live.

A name is a MINOR part of a ride. Sure it helps to have a good name, but this is a Six Flags park and it is a rollercoaster....I mean COME ON!!! Fine...you dont like the name subtract a point, maybe two. Four...LOL

The name is vary important to a ride it is the first thing about it you know. X isn’t in any way intriguing. They could have don better but six flags seems to be getting lazy in that department.

For a coaster, neither the name or theming is that important. Either way...X is a good name. If they added anything to the name it would be stale and tired, but it really is a good name in my book...

I would have to disagree on this one. The name will effect perception. Perception is everything.

One thing I noticed was that many people (who were lucky to get on during the madness of the long weekend) were actually calling the ride Xtreme (as in name not experience).

Perception is only so much. I dont think Il be hearing "X was good, but the named sucked" when people are comin off the ride. Xtreme is a horrible name if thats what it is...but like I said I dont care when Im lookin FACE FIRST down the 200 ft drop...

Ive heard complaints about the name already.

I like the name. Period. Whether other people do or dont I dont care. What I have heard is that it is the best roller coaster they have ever been on and that is what this forum has been all about...

Horse is dead... no more beatings please.
