Hey All

Ok so I have never been one to like Coasters mainly because I can not really handle the drops. Only park of the coasters that bother me are the drops. So anyway wife and I are going to Orlando in a few months and I was looking at some sites that gave brief desriptions of the rides and found a few that I could not tell if they are rides with drops or not and was hoping some of you who have been on them could fill me in

Magic Kingdom
Big Thunder Railroad Mountain
Space Mountain

Epcot
Mission Space
Spaceship Earth
Test Track

Animal Kingdom
Expedition Everest

Seaworld
Wild Artic

Adventure Island
Spiderman

Any input would be great.

I have only been to Adventure Island (actually, the name is Islands of Adventure, part of the Universal complex), so I can't say for the others, but...Spider-Man has a simulated drop. You will almost certainly feel as though you are falling from a great height, but in actuality, you will never leave the ground. I hope that makes sense...Spider-Man is a great ride, one of my favorite non-coaster rides. Good luck with the trip!

Magic Kingdom
Big Thunder Railroad Mountain - Roller coaster smaller drops medium speed Family style

Space Mountain - indoor coaster, also Family style.

Epcot
Mission Space - Motion simulator with High G's there is a non spinning mild version.

Spaceship Earth - Mild Dark ride attraction. good story worth a ride.

Test Track - High speed dark ride. Some small drops nigh speed Finally.

Animal Kingdom
Expedition Everest - Coaster traveled both forward and in reverse. More intense then the other Disney coaster. Rockn Roller coaster is the only coaster more intense.

Seaworld
Wild Artic - havn't been to this park but I believe this is a walk through attraction. I know it's not a ride.

Big Thunder Mountain is a roller coaster with a few drops scattered throughout, but it's mostly twists and turns. Honestly, the biggest drop is probably 20ft tall so it may be worth a shot since it's a very fun ride.

Space Mountain has a ton of drops and being in darkness, they are quite intense. One to consider may be Splash Mountain. It has a gigantic plunge at the end, but there are a few smaller ones prior to it to build up your confidence, and the inside is very well done. My mother hates any drops or thrill rides, but absolutely loved Splash Mountain.

Mission: Space has no drops at all, but is very intense if you ride the orange side. It has extremely powerful Gs and the capsules aren't good if you're bad in tight spaces. There's spinning, but no drops at all. If this sounds too intense, the green side may be worth a shot since it's the same ride except it lacks any forces at all.

Spaceship Earth has a downward section, but it's very gentle and is taken at a snail's pace. It's a great ride worth checking out.

Test Track is a very fast ride, but it doesn't really have any drops. However, it is slightly bumpy at portions and the high speed finale is certainly fast, but it's nothing different than being on a highway in a convertible.

Expedition Everest is probably out of your league (no offense). It has a gigantic plunge out of the mountain, and even a few backwards drops in total darkness. Of Disney's attractions, this is one of their most intense, but it's still a very fun and smooth attraction.

Lastly, I've never been to SeaWorld, but Wild Arctic isn't all that intense from what I've heard. I'd check this site's reviews for more information.
